Vexed by Cylinder Head Minutiae

That's right... I'm vexed.

In short, there is a plug on the passenger side of the cylinder head, EPC view #11415 & 11415A, part #96432-23814.

It's an oil petcock, but what is it's purpose? I can't figure it out.

It's driving me nuts.

I must have put a bolt in it when I swapped from 7mge to 7mgte and forgot about it.

And no, not only did I never drain it that way... appearantly I never missed it. Jesus, what a dumbass I am. Not only that, but I didn't even title the thread correctly it should have been - Cylinder Block Minutae.

I'll just be quiet now.

its ok, the only reason i know is because i pulled mine out when the engine was on the stand and some coolant came out and my dad got REALLY pissed at me.
