ok previous owner swapped in a jdm 7m and there is lots of wierd wirring that was done to it and things that don't make sense. Anyways i noticed that one of the green niples by the coolant sensor has no vaccum line on it. IT has 2 green like nipples with one being sorta broken off. The car has always ran fine without it but does anyone have a pic of where the vaccum line goes to or what the puprpose of it is???

Sounds like the one for the charcoal canister.
Either get a new one or cap it off at the throttle body and get a vented gas cap.

#2 on this pic?

Not good to have those lines connected at all times. Either replace the BVSV or cap the line at the TB. No need to vent the gas tank unless you remove the canister and plug it's line. The canister will be become saturated though so if I were you I'd replace the valve. Also, if you live where emissions testing is done you'll fail if you yank the canister out.
