I inspected the vacuum circuit continuity in vsv by Blowing air into the pipe and appling voltage to the terminals. The sensor that connects to the EGR Modular does not by pass the air out therefore it is dead. The other sensor is still good.

What problems will occur because of bad vsv sensor?
Can a non turbo vsv sensor work for turbo engine?
Can vsv sensors be replace by any other aftermarket sensor?

Redacted per Title 18 USC Section 798
1) The EGR will not operate.

2) Yes.

3) Any 12 volt three way solenoid valve will work.

That said as long as the coil isn't open or shorted the valve can usually be disassembled and repaired. Oh and these things aren't sensors...
