Turbo Oil pressure

Hi,
I am using a Supra turbo (93) on my V6 MR2. In my first build, I used a restriction in the oil feed, with a 0.060" diameter hole to diminish oil pressure.
After rebuilding, I removed that restriction.
In less than 1,000 miles, I have oil going trough and a turbo rattling noise when spinning down.
It was my first turbo rebuilt, and I believe that is what caused the premature failure, not excessive oil pressure.
I am tempted to replace the turbo instead of rebuilding it again.
If I do rebuild, do I need or not a restriction on the oil feed?

Is this a journal bearing or ball bearing turbo?

Journal bearing = no restriction needed (just need the biggest drain you can build)

Ball bearing = needed restriction of oil, as they do not require the oil that a journal does.

It's a journal bearing Ct26.
Thank you for your response.
I have a good 3/4" hose in free fall to 2" above pan level.
I am sending it out to be properly rebuild.
It's nonsense to pay another $80 for a kit while a good rebuilder charges $200.
Any recommendations?
