pulled my turbo off and saw this

its a thin consistency not like oil so i was concerned cuz i wanna buy meth injection before i buy my 6266, thanks for any feedback

it cant be coolant.

Not a coolant cooled turbo? Perhaps it's from condensation sitting inside the turbo with leaky oil seals.

If you have a head gasket issue all the oil in your car will look like that. Take off your oil cap and see what it looks like. It does look like coolant/water mixing with the oil, I've see that to many times. I have no idea what else it would be unless you spilled something down in there. Was the car smoking before you pulled the turbo?
