Working on resurrecting a stock 88 7mgte...car was in storage for 5 or 6 years inside..Have a new accordion hose coming so removed the old one.Checked the turbo for shaft play..looks good ...but it was a little stiff to turn getting looser the more i spin.Question is ....is the oil/bearing just a little stiff from lack of use and -25 c temps these day's?I assume inlet should spin quite freely...newbie turbo owner...thanks
