Hi Guys,

Having a hard time finding a genuine Turbo A reo, so the next best thing is an angle grinder. I was wondering if anyone has a good photo of an original so I can get a good idea of what to do with mine...want to make it look as close to original as possible.

Thanks in advance,

Jon.

I would just get the copy. No one will no the difference unless you tell them. Iirc you can still get those new too if you can find a dealer or someone that can get jdm toyota parts.

Sorry, should clarify. I have purchased a Turbo A duct, and will need to modify the yellow pad and the metal bumper stay (52021-14150) attached to the car in order to fit the duct. I considered calling up toyota about a genuine Turbo A reo for about 2 seconds, as it would probably cost me around AU$600 and certainly plus postage from Japan. Hence option two - angle grinder, just want it to look original.

I would just cut the bumper and then box it in so you dont loose strength or at least not a lot.
