TSRM tightening sequence and torque specs...

Hey everyone Happy Sunday hope everyone is Good and Happy Cinco De Mayo weekend:

I'm tightening my cams today and I have a tightening sequence as 7.6.1.4.3.5.2 and foot pounds of torque is 14 isn't that a little low and do I need to divide the foot pounds in thirds or should I go straight to 14 foot pounds?

Anyone disagree? Thanks everyone!

Yes it is 14ft lbs and I went in in about 3 passes myself (5,10,14) as you want to make sure the caps are all seated due to the valves opening putting resistance on the camshaft causing it to be uneven.
