depends on what tranny you want to use, w58 = dirt cheap i sold a whole w58 5 speed swap tranny, lines, pedals, clutch everything for 600 bucks but if you want an r154 its going to cost quite a bit more.

1j/2j? Bellhousing alone is around 250 alone, r-154 average 600-700 atleast around here. Then you got lines and master and slave and pedals vary used from seller and clutch setup is entirely your choice depending on your power goal.
