I'm checking my sensor per TSRM and everything is within range until I get to Throttle wide open and test VTA-E2 and Vc-E2. I get
a zero reading. Is the sensor bad or just needs to adjusted?

I'm assuming by "zero" you mean ohms. If so and assuming you're doing it right the sensor is bad. However since that type of failure is unlikely (due to how the sensor is constructed) I'd be double checking my work if I were you...

zero reading? not a 1.? in all ranges of the multimeter? Do you get a zero, or infinite resistance? I would check using the continuity range, maybe something went wrong when you were checking the terminals.

Ok I looked it up. Don't give up on me, I'm learning. I'm taking out the throttle body because it looks dirty. I will adjust the TPS while it's out since the bottom screw doesn't look very easy to get to.
