So I've been looking through and searching this section and found that the Ford diff oil is good for the MKIII North American diff. My question is, since I haven't come across any info regarding it, what gear oil should I use in my JZA70's Torsen differential, is the Ford 75W-90 good for that too or is there anything that's recommended for it?

I have the feeling I should change mine soon because I don't know when it was changed last and it's been about 15000km since I bought the car. I don't have an owner's manual for my Supra and would appreciate any info on this subject. Thanks.

Like IJ said, it's not that critical on a Torsen. I would use a 75W-90 without friction modifier...the Ford gear oil would work just fine (among others).

Just in case nobody's told you yet, it's not that critical on a Torsen. I would use a 75W-90 without friction modifier...the Ford gear oil would work just fine (among others).
