So i noticed that recently my 1jz has been leaking oil from the oil cap and the rubber hose near the turbos. Any idea what it might be? I'm guessing maybe the PCV valve? I think I replaced it when I did the swap 4 years ago. One time I also noticed the oil dip stick sticking out a little bit. I figured maybe I didn't put it in all the way the last time I checked the oil level. Now I am wondering whether there is some other issue.
I recently replaced my cam seals because they were leaking. At the same time I installed some adjustable cam gears and adjusted the exhaust side 3 degrees negative. Could that be causing the issue? I never noticed this before I installed the cam gears.
Any ideas?
