LOL... I DO HAVE a fire extinguisher since then! No matter what motor I have under the hood...
And if there is an oil leak or fuel leak or any other fluid, the Supra won't move an inch out of the
garage till I fix 100% the problem . Lesson learned !

Thanks for the thumbs up man!

i love this car more and more every time you update it....

btw, this may be too late and its an older issue for ya, but those tire pressure sensors are the same style that GM uses, and I've never had a balancing issue with them at all

<fingers crossed> Hope the test drive goes smoothly :D

Test drive wasn't good... I got heavy vibrations over 110 mph. Thought it was the one piece driveshaft and
went back with the stock one. Still had vibrations, not as heavy as before though. I installed the stock 3.7
differential with the one piece steel driveshaft and everything is smooth. Some slightly vibrations only after 150mph,
but it looks and drives smooth. So...I failed with the rebuilt 3.9 rear differential. Must have gone off of the oem spec
clearence. Now I will keep the stock 3.7 rear diff, till I find what went wrong with the 3.9 diff....

It must have; he likes it so much he has't come back to update his thread

LOL! Or the oposite.... The rear 3.9 diff (previous 3.7 gear) I installed failed, and went back with the stock 3.7 rear.
Now runs smooth. And my mechanic (and best friend) told me not to mess up with the rear gearing LOL!!! Damn... xaxa.

Just found same crap on my Supra 2 days ago! Removed the rear speakers and found some rust but the amount of rust wasn't big.
Didn't waste a second. Took the car this morning to the body shop (don't have the tools or the knowledge to repair it myself).
Just got it back (paid the shop $200). Rust free! Got some pics.. They did a nice job.

I also sent today all the interior trim panels plus the armrest panel for new leather.
Shadow gray/almost black colour. I got the medium grey interior...
Seats will remain as they are, cause they are in perfect condition and don't want to destroy them.
When I will get some spare seats then I will consider to have them in leather.

Guys...I had a fuel pressure drop issue which I finally solved !
Kept the existing walbros while they were almost new and never thought they could be the problem...
And got two new pump filters that were installed better this time without bending or any issues of that nature.

AND PEOPLE...I did change the wiring setup. Pumps now get powered directly from the battery (+12V via fuses and relays)
I will make a new thread about stock toyota wiring, that is in fact not capable to power correctly 2 high performance pumps.

p1741281_1.jpg

p1741281_2.jpg

4mm wire for Battery +12V and for ground. (I know it is damn thick but will do the job without any issues again),
all required pins, 2x 25 Amp inline fuses after the battery, and 2 x 40 amp bosch 4 pin relays.

Now I get a steady FP and A/F ratio around low 11's ..and after 5K drops to 10.9 !
I am a very happy person!

Ya haha learned that pretty quick myself. Now I use it to power the relay for my pumps.

I always wanted to renew my gauge cluster lighting. Also wanted to add some more warning lights
that my engine system supports like 'oil level' , 'oil pressure' 2nd 'brake' (for brake fluid), 'coolant level'
(which wasn't available for euro spec mk3s), 'digital voltmeter' (only N/As had a stock analog voltmemter),
and last a cool 'Parktronic' for the rear. Also added the 86'-88' centrer glass (the one with the Anti-loc,check engine,
rear tail lamps failure, door ajar and TEMS cause it lights with the other instrumentation. I also add the
Super monitor to make it more high tech! Last, I did placed the Clifford alarm led inside the cluster

Final parts on the car installed and finished..
