That's what I thought. I was going to do a ABflug/Regulus when I make another copy of the rear.

Abflug rears looks very cool. I like them a lot. And if you add a rear diffuser
it will look super cool

HOLY SHIT! engine bay looks soo good man! fitment of everything does make it look like you just did a super clean job of installing aftermarket parts on a 'stock' motor. looks like the 2j came with the car!

the side diffusers and a total of 4 'vortex generators' are a bit ridiculous for my taste.. but otherwise the car is perfectly modded! love the wheels and color. keep up the good work man!

Hello everybody!
As many of you allready know, that 1 year ago I went with a big single turbo (when I blew the JDM twins) and I have a thread about it here :
http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?108531-This-is-it-I-am-going-single-on-my-2jz-gte-mk3&highlight=supraclaou

Turbo kit that I put together-my choise :
-Turbo ITS 72mm,T4 twin scroll,DBB - water cooled with 0.70 A/R on hot side
-Exh.manifold HKS GT T4 divided ceramic coated
-Wastegate HKS GTII 60mm wastegate
-Intake kit Greddy Air Inx kit
-Boost logic oil feed / return kit with all fittings
-4 inch down pipe and mid pipe with V-bands all over.
-Boost logic 4' inch to 3'inch adaptor to connect my 3' Blitz Nur cat-back
-Boost logic turbo T4 blanket
-PHR heat coated screamer pipe,HKS WG V-band clamps,HKS Exh.manifold studs & bolts,
and exhaust V-band clamps 4"
-And last some other stuff like : Turbo 3" V-Band clamp,4" silicon coupler & clamps,
SS braided wastegate lines , DEI turbo insulation kit / heat shield etc,.

Fuel kit :
-1000cc Injector Dynamics (High Impedance-Saturated tech. injectors)
-twin walbro GSS341 255 HP fuel pumps with custom intank bracket for 2 pumps
-custom fuel rails -8AN main feed line split to two -6AN lines after the firewall
-Earls -8AN performance inline fuel filter
-Sard -10AN fuel rail
-Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with -6AN return line

Engine mods :
-HKS 264 cams
-BC springs / titanium retainers
-Ferrea valve stem seals
-Greddy cam gears
-Greddy pulleys
-Greddy oil filter
-Titan ATI crank pulley

Electronics :
-AEM with 3 bar map sensor and a motec intake temperature sensor.
(sold the MoTec...unfortunately I couldn't find or fly a tuner over here. And I was very low
on cash that time).By the way the AEM is more friendly-user to the OEM componets like CEL light,etc...

After about 8 months of doing nothing to the Supra (low on cash ),
I am back with new ideas. Going to buy some parts to upgrade the supra
on the drivetrain-handling level to support the new horsepower goals :icon_bigg

I had these a long time now,but I installed them last month.
Car feels much better now,engine/trans mounts made quite a difference!

TRD motor mounts and BIC poly trans mount

Is it done yet?? :runaway:

Well I was driving the car,and I still drive it Ian... No issues at all ! All systems work great.
AEM EMS and 15 psi of boost...Tried to tune it (with a local tuner, got himself a mk4 and his brother also, and he lived in the U.S. a long time ago),at 22-23 psi but the weather blew our plans back then. And I run it like this since then...

Should be around 420-440 whp but I want to achieve my goal. 600-700whp! I know....,it is just boost and tune.
I will upgrade some stuff first and then I will up the boost...

Got allready the end-links. Next parts will be some Tanabe sway bars, oem 3.91 LSD (I got the 3.72), lightweight steel driveshaft,
new S3 short shifter (from the group buy),and maybe a new clutch kit.

Hey Ian... What do you think about the change from 3.7 to 3.9 on the rear gear? I wanna feel better accelaration...
or if I boost from 15 psi to 23-24 psi I will get what I want even with the 3.7 ? I know it's gonna get better, but is it worth it? I still got the stock R154.
That's why I ordered a lightweight steel driveshaft also, for better and faster response and accel.

Have you considered adding some water / meth injection? Made a huge difference in mine. You should be able to push it to near 600 rwhp on pump fuel with that added to what you've already got.

I wouldn't change the rear diff if I were you. As soon as the power climbs up there - and that obviously won't be long - you're going to start losing any kind of traction in the first few gears. Putting easier gears on there will just make the tire spin worse.

I got the 3.91 LSD today. I couldn't resist cause it's in great shape. No shaft play,No oil stain, Nothing! And got it for good price...xexe.
It's a euro spec LSD with the external cooler that only the euro spec have. I am going to clean it and paint it before I put it on my car.
I got it not only to test the shorter gearing of the 3.9 but also to have a good condition , drop in , spare differential.... The 4.1, 4.3, and
the 4.5 rears , wouldn't even think about them, cause they are useless in a turbo Supra. But the 3.91 is a 'chalenge' to see how it moves the car.
Tonight I am going to post pictures!
