just wondering if anyone knows if there is a process/method for testing the bosch sensors for inaccuracy after running leaded fuels. i know that the bosch WILL fail after a few months of being used with race fuels. my friend is running a PLX m300 and using the bosch. he says that his afr's are reading slightly leaner than they were after the intial tune. the hardware hasnt changed and the tune doesnt deteriorate... so hes wondering about the integrity of the sensor itself...

let me know

Has he tried recalibrating the sensor? IIRC, you're supposed to run a free-air calibration every so often, esp. if you're using leaded fuels. The sensor is going to naturally degrade over time, but in most cases can be recal'd several times before outright failing.
