There is nothing in the VIN that will tell you specifically the destination of the car. All Supras were manufactured in Japan and shipped over here.

What will tell you the destination is the model code on the firewall (86-88) or driver's door jam (89-92). The code will be MA70L-xxxxx, the last letter of the second set of letters will either be a K for Canada or an A for the USA.

If your car is still in Toyota's system, you can check with Toyota using the VIN and they can get the model code for the car, which you can then use to check.

What part of "all Supras" did you not understand?

ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL Supras, from 1978 to 2002 (or whenever the hell they stopped making the JZA80) were made in Japan.

Whoa tanya, snappy today aren't we? Chill...calm, breathe! :)

Car fax is prolly going to get you more info you would need than just where the car was made.

No not snappy, people just need to read. All Supras doesn't mean "only the mk3", lol.
