Maybe I explained it funny...
The numbers posted from the #2 test are just the limit values for pass/fail, so besides the fact that my car measured less than these designated values, we have no new data from the test.

NOx and CO may have gone up/down or stayed the same, as long as it's less then the limit the VIP doesn't give an actual reading.

Nah, you explained it in plain English. I'm just blind. Too bad they don't report it as it'd be nice to have a baseline for next time. Anyway good luck with it and I should be thanking you for motivating me into studying how things are done out there.
