tapping cam cap threads

i got stripped threads from the genious that had the head before me on one ofe the cam cap threads...how do i go about tapping and helicoiling this?I just need help trying to figure out what size i will need.

From memory they're m8x 1.25 pitch

I'm 99% sure they're m8x1.25 though!

You were right they are m8x1.25 IJ.I got itr done finally every thing seems fine so far.
