Hmm, I had a similiar experience when I was 18 and had my first car which was also my first mkiii. I was acting stupid and the driver side rear wheel ended up bent under the car.

i had to take the top off of my del sol when i went auto crossing. My height and with a helmet i wouldn't fit. By the looks of he driver same thing most likely..

At this point I would:

A) Get new lower seats

B) Get a different car

C) Not race my car

That really sucks. I would not autocross in a place where there are curbs like that. If they exist, the track should be made in such a way that you are never near them at speed. Time for all new suspension pieces at the least. Probably a lot of bent body structure as well. That's really too bad to see when this person was smart enough to take it to a "controlled" environment.
