Tail lights, Dash lights Side marker and CC lights not working.

This just happened a while back, i noticed that when I turned on the lights the dash lights will sometimes come on and flicker off..I changed the entire light control arm switch (whatever that wholt thing is) and still nothing, I checked the fuse and it is all good...I read about the relay buy I don't know anything about that stull...can someone please help...I checked the TSRM and I just can't understand the diagrams....thanks

ok...I pulled the tail light relay, can someone please assist with telling me how to check if it is good or not?

not the fuses..I located the issue, it is the relay, now just have to wait for the local dealer to get one.
