t3/t4 turbo dsm any good for 7mgte?

Im building a 7mgte to drop into my car and im looking too get between 350hp-400hp would a t3/t4 turbo do the job?I really dont like turbo lag and i do have a manifold and external wastgate bolted on allready.

Prolly choke the motor.

If your manifold is t4 a t3 turbo housing will not work.

Its a t4 manifold and yes now that ive seen the turbo in person its too small.Looks like ill be doing a t4 turbo of some sort.

Almost everything is better than a CT-26. When there are bolt on turbos that do it, I don't know why you would go the extra mile ($$$) when the goal is only 350-400 hp.

The only gripe i have with the ct26 is the lack of top end due to the exhaust housing. If i had the money i would jump straight to t4.
