Hello Everyone. I know there are lots of GTR fans here so I wanted to share our first outing...
Last Tuesday we rented Summit Motorsports Park to see how some of our cars would do in the 1/4 mile. This was our first time taking a GTR down the strip and overall it was a good day.
There was roughly a 10-15mph headwind all day and temps peaked at 65F, track temps struggled to get above 80F. This made for a very slick starting line. The E900 GTR recorded the best 60' of the day, a 1.56..on the R1K it was 1.62 (stock suspension was not helping) LOL....

As we were switching tires we decided to see what it would do on 20's with street tires so Tym took it for a spin and it hit 9.873@144.55 with 1.602 60'....
Overall great day...
David Buschur and John Shepherd brought their cars also... David's EVO RS was shooting for 8's but the traction was causing it to walk ALL OVER the track ... John's car might have had some problems he only made few passes...
Few other customers and staff joined us at the track, and as David put it afterward
"Despite not running 8's it was truly a great day. I went with a smile and good attitude and came home the same way. I had a great time, with great people. I think that's the point of it all in the end."
