Picked up new seats. very happy with them. Corbeau Baja XP. was going to go with BRIDE or SPARCO but needed a suspension seat so molds were out of the question

What do you mean that molds were out of the question?

Either way, I love suspension seats... most of the equipment I've been around has them. Quite comfy.

all of the SPARCO and BRIDE seats had either a fiberglass or Carbon Fiber mold the seat was made around. in an off road vehicle that can be dangerous. If you were to "G-out" the truck at speed you could break your back since all the force would be on your spine instead of the seat. G-OUT= hitting large dip or bumps at a rate of speed the vehicles suspension cannot work fast enough causing the truck to bottom out into the next bump, causing all the g-force of trucks weight more or less into your body. it would be as if you were to be dropped from a two story roof to the ground strapped into your seat. where will all that force go? Your spine. Seen much nicer vehicles then mine have this issue and even with suspension seats. its usually a nice heli taxi trip and possible life altering. So to avoid that possibility at all cost for me and my passenger, i went with suspension seats :)

Fn sweeeeeeeet! I used to have a Ranger with a hooped bed and kings all around, but your rig is way more legit. Can't wait for videos, the 7m will be a great motor for your application.

Wise choice on the seat thing Mike, I hadn't even thought of that. In my defense, I try to keep off road excursions to a minimum considering my ground clearance wouldn't allow me to climb a small curb haha...

Gonna leave that big tire open wheeled like that? Or is a fender fabrication in the future plans?

havent had a chance to test the goodyears yet but i am running the same tires on my buddy's truck with three races on them they work well. we had to groove them for certain tracks but over all once you get the air pressure right they hook very well. Truck should be getting dropped off to be plumbed next week. custom 3in turbo back 2.5 for the intercooler and 1.5 for radiator
