I was looking around ebay and found a cheap car to play with while I am building a fresh 7mgte for my supra.
Picked it up last week, fixed a few rat chewed wires and fired it up. It has 400 miles on a fresh L98, and 700r4(have the receipts) as well as new carpet, seats and tires.
On the down side, the factory stereo is long since gone and the current stereo is fried.

Very nice car. I don't like the wheels but the car looks to be in really good condition. Have fun with it!

I hate the wheels myself, which is why I picked up a set of 1986 Z51 16x9.5 "sawblades" for it. 125.00 plus shipping. The centerlines on it will get sold to fund upgrades.

Very nice bro. If you don't mind me asking, what year and how much did you pick it up for?

1986 model w/ 1996 bumpers , 57,928 miles, paid 3550.00
The last owner sunk 9000.00 in it over 2 years, rebuilt the original engine and transmission , started on the interior.
The owner before him allowed his teenage son to drive it to prom, came home with 2 spun bearings and a destroyed planetary cluster in the 700R4.

Very nice :D

Looked at one last month here.

Thanks:icon_bigg It should be a fun car, esp. since I have a large stockpile of sbc engine parts due to my dirt track racing addiction
