ya its prolly a CFC car, remember the red one that was posted up right after they finished the CFC program? 65k miles, thing was mint. he wuldnt even sell me the back half of the car if i cut it in half, only parts.

I was going to go up there to see if there was a good front bumper assembly.
I saw this car listed in car-part about a week ago.

Things like this vary state to state. Here in Wyoming, you can apply for what's known as a "sheriff's title", they try to contact the previous owner at the last known address, you have to run an ad in the local paper for 2-3 weeks, and if nobody comes forward to claim the car, you can get your title issued by the county. Pain in the ass, but it works in a pinch.
