I'd try balancing the tires 1st, if not have the wheel bearings checked & if not change the U-Joints, watch out though some new U-Joints will still cause vibration meaning to go with OEM.

Yes.

Just kidding, but really, how do you expect anyone to help you when all you say is there is a vibrating noise ::dunce::

That is like me saying when I hit 23mph I feel a strange feeling, someone tell me what it is.

Provide some more info, be more detailed, maybe even a video, then we can try to help you out.

mmm i thought about that but it only vibrates in a really small range maybe natural vibrating frequency of something under the hood? (just throwing out random ideas)

Are your engine supports in good condition? I had a 90 Celica GT with all broken mounts & it vibrated like i was launching into space. Replaced two & it was extremely less vibrating

the thing is that its not constantly vibrating it only vibrates between 3800-4100rpm. but it is possible and wouldnt hurt to do since im sure theyve never been replaced

Sometimes things only vibrate like that. Kinda like a carrier bearing where depending on how bad it is it will only vibrate at like 65mph or just when you take off.

Check for anything loose or worn.

Possibly if it was out of balance. Tho highly doubtful. Youd prolly constantly get a vibration with that.

Exhaust resonating? get someone to step on the pedal and hold it between those rpms while you search it out
