you should be able to use a small rubber gromet. Hardware store or home depot, lowes, etc.

Ha no thanks, i was looking for something a little cleaner looking. With a really flat head to it.

and get it fixed at a body shop.

plug in the body is tacky as hell.

I wanna avoid repainting the panel. Every body shop i went to said they just weld washers under the whole and fill it in with bondo. I dont wanna do that...

why? It would look better then plastic plugs sticking out.

do it right, you won't regret it...

I'd say use the plugs as a temporary to make sure you like the wingless look before you go and have it filled and resprayed...
