Are you going with a FFIM? If not don't buy IC pipes yet cause you WILL as you get closer to the end of your build. I did. I also ditched the A/C, ABS. But my car is gonna be 85% track. Just drive it to work at our niteclub on the weekends. Also ask around about those injectors some have trouble tuning such large injectors and getting a good tune. IM not saying it can't be done. You should consider an External pump as well. The only hotline you will need for this is the automated bank balance # so you can keep up with your $$$$$ or lack of. I have bought so many parts i don't know what I have.

Damnit don't say that, I really wanted to stick with the stock intake manifold. unless I can get
a ffim for cheap. I've been reading more into E85 and there's a lot more than bigger injectors
needed. Fuel pump(not walbro), all lines, supposedly fuel tank sumped, injectors, o-rings, fuel rail.
I was thinking about getting the AEM water/methanol injection kit. my buddy has that on a grand
national and is running 26 lbs boost. But I guess I can't always believe what everyone says.

I just read through the thread for "removing the multiplex for $200". This looks like a great
write up and something I will definitelty do. Have any of you guys done this, but changed
to COP or will the stock coils work fine with the DH61 ignitor.

Well I got all my gears pressed back together after replacing the bearings and synchros
then found my damn #1 shift fork was broken, I don't know how I missed that earlier.
Guess I'll just get the marlin crawlin one now.:rant2:

I'm still waiting for my marlin crawler shift fork so meanwhile I wired up
a DH61 igniter to remove the multiplex and cleaned the sh%t out of the
engine bay. Here's more pics.

For what its worth, I am running on 720 injectors, stock lines, an Aeromotive AFPR, and a 1020 pump (mk4 TT) with no ill effects! I am upping my fuel lines, pump, and injectors to get around the 5-600 range, but thouht I'd let you know!

Are you still running E85. I'm still not set on which route to go, E85 or methanol injection
w/ the 550's I already have. I just want to drive the car now. this sucks waiting for parts.

Back in May I just layed the engine in, nothing was really bolted together. I pulled the
engine back out and installed the Driftmotion exhaust manifold stud kit, full flow oil
cooler setup, shimmed the oil pump, finished rebuilding the transmission, mounted the
intercooler. Progress has been slow, but I'm really gonna step it up, I have a baby
girl on the way.

Parts I need to order:
-upgrade fuel pump from my 1 walbro
-upgrade injectors from 550's to 680's or 750's
-IS300 coils for COP setup
-new radiator w/electric fans
-catch can

With a fresh engine like yours i would skip the catch can. I have about 2500 miles on mine and theres zero blowby. Nothing in the pcv or charge pipes.

+1 on getting the car done now, once that kid comes free time is out the door.lol

Got some AN fittings welded on my valve covers and intake pipe for my catch can. Just got my injectors and
SH!t load of braided hose, AN fittings, and fuel filters for the fuel setup.
