I need some info on the SSQV flange and a google search didn't help.

I am going to be installing a set of cooleeze pipes. They have the SSQV flange, but I need to plumb my Bosch 110. I want to make a flange that will utilize the seal and c-clip for a constraint, and output a fitting for 1" diameter hose.

I will need to make this on a lathe, but I cannot find any dimensions on it. So, I need someone to measure the flange that is on the bottom of the BOV itself. I need to know the diamater of the foot that gets c-clipped in. That along with the thickness should be enough for me to make what I need.

Even the ID on the female flange that is on the piping would be a help.

If I had the pipes already, I could measure off of that, but they aren't in yet. I want to make this today while I have access to the lathe at work.

Thanks.

Here are pics. I made what I could today and I will turn it down to a more specific dimension when I get some numbers.

Current diameter:2.950"

Thickness: 0.200"[/B]

Bottom of the HKS BOV is 2 3/16 " - 1/64" very close to 3/16 but to be safe
deduct 1/64"
Flat side of male flange in front is 13/16" wide
Thickness is 1/8" @ edge w/ a slight taper up to center
Female OD 2 9/16"
Female ID 2 3/16"
Female depth 5/16"
Hole to pipe 1 3/8"
Hope this helps, good luck.
Cordially, Fred

Here are final pics. Very easy to make if anyone has access to a lathe and needs to flange a set of pipes with an SSQV female to feed a Bosch, stocker, Turbo XS recirc, etc.
