i used a heated screwdriver to melt the plastic above the speaker screws to remove the rear 4" speakers.

you don't even have to do that It just comes off with clips well at least my 89 does that.
Hey the front and rear are 4in but what is the ones in the mid? 3 and a half or what they are small.
