As the title says, I sold my Supra to a friend last night. He plans on making it a track car. I might get another one later on but for now I will be Supraless. If I get another one it will be exactly what I want so I won't have to do anything to it.

Targa? 87-88 or 89-92 ?

My best choise : 1989 - 1992 (preferable 1992), with dark grey interior, 5 speed (R154), 7M-GTE, Targa, Black .
(cause only the 91 or 92 could get the dark grey interior.I would only change the 92' steering wheel
with an 89' and ditch the airbag. Also I would swap the 6M crank instead of the 7M with my first rebuilt)

And I got : 1989 - 1992 (actual a 1990), with medium grey interior, 5 speed (R154), 7M-GTE, Targa, Silver .

No targa but 89-92 for sure. Five speed tranny and either dark or light grey interior would be nice.

On a good note, the guy I sold it to is a friend of mine so he has been keeping me updated with what he has done. He got the CEL off and got it running good and pulling hard for what it is and now the trans slips when it gets above 10lbs of boost. He scored a R-154 full swap from Pull-A-Part for 120 bucks with everything he needs to do it. I kind wish I hadn't sold it but I know I would have not fixed it yet. He redid my halfassed attempt at the oil feeds for the turbo. They hadn't failed yet but he reran everything with much better fittings and tubing so it will last alot longer and be safer.
