The head torque depends on a bunch of things. Are you using stock head bolts, arp bolts, or arp studs? Are you using the ARP lubricant or oil when installing them?

I've always used moly-graphite lube and followed the ARP torque recommendations, Are you using new stock head bolts or planning to reuse the stock stretched ones.? I've also found it beneficial to run the right sized thread tap into the block threads to clean off any crap that may give you a false torque reading.

True I am going to have to save up for some arp studs. My job sucks right now. So its going to take a while. Thanks for all the advice guys!
