so my cars been sitting for a week or so because ive had to replace a coolant hose so when i did and finally drove it around a bit and popped the hood to check for any more coolant leaks there was smoke from what seemed like the turbo/back of the block... it doesnt smell like buring coolant and i was working with coolant no where near that area so it may be irrelevant. any ideas? oil line busted?

Okay... I just got done with my build, and I've experienced the same problem tonight.

First: You let it sit for a week, probably dust, critters, bugs and whatnot got cooked on it.

Second: Oil line if you no pressure at the gauge, or see oil on the ground (or do you have the bottom scrap plat thing on? ).

Third: Idk, if no leaks or overheating it's just a mystery.

haha ok i liek the sound of the critter theory (of course since its the best case scenario) its currently parked on dirt and grass so ill move it to concrete and check for oil leaks.
