Sorry for crossposting this but I really need to get this resolved, its my only working car right now-

heres a link to the thread http://supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=299691 , current problems are-

Only firing on 4, 5, 6, If I pull the plugs on 4,5,6 Motor will die, if I pull the plugs on 1,2,3 it doesn't change. Ive tried swapping plugs around, all plugs are getting spark (zapped myself numerous times testing this ( :icon_mad: ) ) Cant figure this out,

Chris

Well, three things are required to get a cylinder to fire at the most basic of levels. Air, Fuel, and Spark.

If you know you are getting spark, (you've pulled the #1 wire and plug and tested for spark outside the cylinder?) and you are dripping fuel out the tailpipe you can be pretty sure you're getting fuel... can something have blocked your air intakes on the front three cylinders?

PS: Don't worry about the crosspost, *WE* don't mind. :D

Hmm, Well, I was boosting happily when my car suddenly died as described in the SF thread. This all happened randomly and then I put everything back together, correctly, I have no idea what could be keeping air out of 1,2 and 3.

As for spark testing, here is what I did, I pulled the boot on the front three and As I pull it off I can audibly here it sparking, I can also get the end of the boot near some other metal piece and can see and here it arc across and spark. I also swapped plugs around front to back to see if it was the plugs, no dice.

Thanks for all the help

You may have experienced some type of weard injector failure. Check your injectors.
