just a minor update. I installed my water pump and housing all fresh and bead blasted with new seals, gasket and new toyota bolts. I even went ahead and welded on a -6 an fitting with a cap instead of just capping the unused nipple with a cheesy rubber cap that would probably leak at the worst of times.

got the radiator all mounted up with freshly powdercoated brackets. I went ahead and had the 2J water pipe and strut bar mounts powdercoated black too.
here is my slightly modded Greddy catch can
and here is my coolant overflow tank that i made
car is almost done, just need to put the clutch in, weld the sump into the new tank, install the intake manifold once my 3.5 bar map sensor gets here and a few othe misc things im to lazy to do. :lol:

Wow. I'm quite jealous at your welding skills man. Great job so far, can't wait to see it done! I like the theme you've got going on.

Well my 3.5 bar map sensor came in so I got the intake mani all ready to go back on for the last time. I got over the polished look so i bead blasted it. Installed the 1000cc RC injectors and dual fed the HKS rail with a pair of -8 lines. Hopefully Ill put it on tommorrow.
slowly progressing. just have minor things to finish, probably a full days worth of work and it will fire up.

Thats a freaking sleeper, ya better just leave body stock all black and tint the windows, that engine gave me a woody HEHEHE Time to smoke some richer mk4's.

same here so i was right and i couldnt tell the diffrence to the veilside original. quality was that good was it styderth you got it of
I got it from wasabu garage who im sure gets them from that stryderth guy. Quality is top notch and you cannot tell the difference from an original. even uses the 2J tps. Ive used them on a couple manifolds ive built and they work great.
