I'd go with IJ on this one. Last thing you want to do is put everything back together and a few months later hear a loose bottom end.

i reused head bolts and rod bolts, just added a little bit to the torque spec. i believe the factory revised spec is 70 ftlbs i went to 75, so far so good, but id recommend if you can afford ARP, do it, i am only using stock bolts temporary as i am building a GTE for my N/A

So you toke 20+ year old fastners that are already streched, and strech them more? :nono:
