I don't see anywhere in the TSRM that the hardware needs to be replaced. Not to mention that new hardware will require resizing/line honing.

I'd go with IJ on this one. Last thing you want to do is put everything back together and a few months later hear a loose bottom end.

This is my first time rebuilding a 7mgte but I usually just change the main and rod bolts and head bolt

Get the rods resized. Even if you have to wait a week or two to get the money.

i reused head bolts and rod bolts, just added a little bit to the torque spec. i believe the factory revised spec is 70 ftlbs i went to 75, so far so good, but id recommend if you can afford ARP, do it, i am only using stock bolts temporary as i am building a GTE for my N/A

So you toke 20+ year old fastners that are already streched, and strech them more? :nono:
