are they sufficient for a daily n/a? I figured my local machine shop and a decent idea, but anyone with experience? going to try them on a 7m

Get the basic set from Aaron @ Driftmotion. $60 for the full set, as I recall, and it's works great. I've used two sets on daily driver GTE's with ~10 psi and had zero problems through ~20k miles.
Of course this is all extremely dependent on proper machine work and prep on the block/crank. If the crank is in spec and smooth you should have no issues.
