I have notice a rattle sounds like under the valve cover. It only does it when a barley rev it and let off. If I keep reving it say to 1500 rpms and let off about 4 to 5 times then the smoke starts to appear. I can rev it above 1500 rpms and hold it and it is smooth. What could this be. I will try to upload some videos tomorrow after work.

Do you have the proper valve lash specs?
When were the valve stem seals last replaced?
What was done to the engine recently?

It does not do it when it is cold only hot. What is the proper valve lash spec. I am an electrician and you lost me there. I have paper work from previous owner and it says 4/7/04 was replace valve and valve job. Nothing done to engine lately.
