Might be a dumb question, but will a rail cooler work well for PS and the hydro fan appications. I would like to mount one on each rail in the front part of the engine bay. This will keep the front bumper area clear and less crowded. I am just not sure if air has to be passing over the fins to be effective or if the passive heat exchange is enough to keep it cool. This is the cooler I am looking at.

Yes, I want to use a PS cooler.

cs: that would work. fwiw i used a stock 7m oil cooler for my ps. the heat exchanger should be enough to cool the fluid and if you could get more air passing to it would work even better.
