I was wondering if all model years had the same rubbery radio trim, or did the later years have more of a plastic trim? thanks.

My 89 has the same trim as my 88 parts car... and my gf's brothers 87.
My friends 90 is the same too.
that really sucks, i just think it would be a lot more practical if it was actual plastic, i was thinking about painting it with a silver plastic paint and i really dont wanna take my chances painting rubber, oh well!
