I'm going to have my trans rebuilt and would like an extra set of eyes for my parts list to make sure I'm not leaving anything out. I want to do it once and do it right. All input is appreciated.

So far I am planning:

Marlin Crawler Billet Shift Fork

Marlin Crawler Urethane Shifter Bushing

R154 Transmission Output Shaft Seal

R154 Transmission Rebuild Kit

This is the stuff that I've been running in it, going to stick with it:

I recently had the input shaft bearing go bad and replaced the tranny w/a spare.

Things were goin' okay, until recent weeks. Seems tougher and tougher to get into 1st gear. Bad #1 syncro?

So, am gonna rebuild the old, spare, R154 that may have only had a bad front bearing.

Getting these parts:

Marlin Chromoly Steel Bearing Retainer $79.99
Marlin Crawler Billet Shift Fork $129.99
Marlin Crawler R154 Thrust Washer $79.99
R154 Transmission Rebuild Kit $239

Total = $528.97, before shipping.

Optional Items:

Marlin Crawler Urethane Shifter Bushing - Already have the Toyota green one.
R154 Transmission Output Shaft Seal

Questions;
1. Doesn't the Output Shaft Seal already come in the DM rebuild kit?
2. What else, would I need to get... Just replace "out of spec" parts when I find them on the rebuild (and wait for the to arrive)?

Just trying to get eveything on-hand so that I can try to do w/minimum down time.
