92 turbo supra with auto ecu and harness with a 5 speed swap.

Just did a FFIM with a q45 TB and am using the q45 TPS. Wired it up by the diagrams posted on here and everywhere else.

Im getting code 41

IDL wire reads 0v at idle and 4.85v off idle.
VTA wire reads 4.8v at idle 0% and .54v at WOT 100% throttle still sweeping the entire range.
I checked the voltage all the way down to the ECU on the VTA wire and the volts stayed the same.
On the SAFC2 the throttle is reversed aswell with the old settings i had set. safc settings are 6 cyl arrow going up. Well when i put the arrow DOWN it changes and goes from 0-100 like normal, but the VOLTS at the TPS are still backwards.

When i start the car, it idles fine but when the throttle is pressed the RPM's will go to 2500 then it will shut it down until it drops to 1200rpm.
I've checked everything I can think of.
Someone please help with any advice!! Its all i need to get my Supra going!
