hmmmm, Ab Flug..?:D
It's more special than that ;) MAYBE even a little bit harder to get. if i can't piece together all the main exterior parts in time, only the lip will go on. I only want to put the exterior parts on when it's all pieced together because unpainted body stuff is not my cup of tea. and i don't want to have only some pieces i.e. lip and rears w/ no sides. enough talk about that. don't want to give too many details until it happens :naughty:

oh yea, I installed pretty much brand new door hinges for the drivers side. Now my door opens and closes like it was new! maybe not a big thing to you guys, but it's nice for me. i used to break the inner door handle just trying to close my door. i'm on my 4th one since i got the car. but i wont be having a problem with this one!

Not much of an update, but a notice...I'm tired of this tokico/eibach setup....so I'm in the market for a new suspension setup. Spring/Shocks, or Coilovers, you ask? stay tuned... :naughty:

Also, a BIC Re-routed DDP is awaiting to be put on...i just need to take off a stripped nut off of the turbo! more work for something that shouldn't take that long...i have to take off the turbo in order to take off that stupid nut...it's the bottom one closest to the engine in that little small cramped space! D'oh!

No Johnny, actually, the Eibach's are soft. but noticeably stiffer than stock.

Small little update. since some people are concerned for pictures, here is a couple pics of my BIC Re-Routed DDP. I got it used so it's not too pretty, but it will do the job just fine.

ok....where here goes another update...

6.10.08 - Installed BIC Re-Routed Divorced Downpipe

a couple pics of the DDP. I will get better ones tomorrow.

Perfect fit! the turbo spools sooooooooooooooo much quicker. I had to take the shims off of the wastegate because it kept hitting boost/fuel cut...it still hits it but much later than with the shims.

6.17.08 - Replaced Oil Cooler Lines
nothing real big, but oil was leaking because of the uber old lines. so new ones were needed.

6.18.08 - Accident @ GMR
oh gosh...probably one of the scarriest nights of my life (just because i thought my poopra was done for it) well....i was rolling through GMR with a couple of buddies and i was following. long story short: i got a little bit cocky, went in a turn harder and faster than most other ones, would've cleared it perfectly except........my rear tires caught some dirt, i kept sliding and hit those little ~2 foot stone walls. I was able to drive it afterward, but there was something definately wrong. So after we came down and parted ways, I payed a visit to a friend and went home. Here are pics of the damage...

so, i chalked it up to getting owned and took it like a man.

6.30.08 - JDM Bubble Markers Installed
Acquired some JDM Bubble Markers and installed them...nothing big, but you know you want them!

7.06.08 - Purchased 1989 Toyota Supra Shell
I bought my buddy's old shell so i can transplant my engine over to it. It's an 89 Blue/Blue Targe :D

7.06.08 - Acquired Greddy Gracer Replica Bumper
Big thanks to Rodel for this. I told you earlier that I'd install it tonight....so here is the pics w/ the JDM Bubble Markers:

I'll get better pics tomorrow in the sunlight.

All in all, it's been crazy this past month. Next big things to come: exterior stuff, performance stuff, and a transplant! stay tuned.....

AJ, mount the plate back to stock.
Your car looks bucktoothed the way it is.
eh...there aren't any holes in the bumper to mount it....but it was just a simple fix because i don't feel like getting pulled over for not having it...i'll think of something...

sorry Justin..I need the money for future funding!

I'm here @ work. my boss gave me an extra half hour before i get in...so here are better, daytime pics as promised. The bumper would sit flush, except, I'd have to mount the intercooler further back because the bumper hits it, as you can see
