R154 soarer (long extension)
Clutch ACT- TS2-XTR6
Flywheels - Fidanza + ARP bolts.
Fail = 1st Gear
Good = 2, 3, 4, 5 Gear and Reverse
I have a problem my tranny R154. it turn back gear 1st to neutral.
I thought the problem was bushing that it was broken.
Then I bought a toyota parts

Note: R154 version soarer and mark2 have 2 shift lever ball seats top and bottom.
Now, yet it have problems.

someone had a problem similar mine, like gear 1st o any gear ?
Right now I'm thinking I may be broke the trust washer.
Maybe in 2 weeks I disarm my tranny to see inside.
I would like to rebuild my tranny. with the parts of marlin Crawler
- Heavy duty bearing cover plate. R-series
- Billet shift Fork. R-Series
- Chormoly R-series, Thrust Washer Kit.
Anyone have suggestions to improve my R154 tranny to keep solid with 1st gear???
