Pre 89 Big front Mount Pics?

Hey guys. I'm trying to figure out how a big intercooler will look behind the "grill" on the bottom of my pre 89 bumper. I'm not sure if I should leave it there or take it off and reinforce the bottom bar. Post pics if you got them. Thanks! Btw, the type with inlet and outlet on opposite sides please, not spearco style.

mine fit pretty well but then i cut my bumper support cause it was covering some of it...but other then that it fits in there without problems, size is 24x12x3

I need to drop the driver side down about a 1/4 inch then I can fab the bottom mounting tab.
