hey guys, so when my car isnt fully warmed up i cant turn. i know its something with the powersteering but would it be the pump or the steering rack and pinion?

Having just just lost all power steering and done the following;
Flushed fluid, cleaned reservoir, changed pump only to find that one of the wires for the progressive power steering solenoid was not actually attached, I would check the connector first.
Then check that power is actually getting to the solenoid.
