Well, its not exactly the same, but I made 417 on stock cams at 17-18 lbs, and a buddy (92NSX) made the exact same number at 15lbs with 272's. We both are using LIPP Boss Sr. 61mm turbos and have very similar builds (except I'm using AEM where he's using a lex/550 with no tuner.

I would think you should be around that range with pretty decent torque- I'm going to guess 400-425hp, with 400ish tq.

More fuel to be safe, meth if you plan on running 91 pump, and a good tune would probably get you there.

I am personally running E-85 now and there's a lot to be gained to using it if it is plentiful around you (not sure if cali is big on E-85, emmisions may also play a role)

We dont have shit out here for gas. I'd have to travel about 50 miles just to get any kinda gas above 91 octane. I dont even know where I can get some E-85 at. So I might have to opt out and get a meth kit.

Suprafanatic made 471rwhp with a similar setup with a big boost leak. Actually I believe he had a lil less but he was using a 67mm billet.

Get an engine management that actually works ditch the injectors and get 700-800cc.. Crank the boost to 25+ should get you 600+ on race gas. if you tune it right you can probably live at 500-550 on pump at 20-22 psi (if you get knock mix a gallon or two of race gas)..

Yup the injectors are the big glaring weakness that I am seeing there. And since the size of injector doesn't really change it's pricing why not get a nice set of 770ish-870ish injectors. If your worried about idle, don't be, I run 870cc. Idle is like stock and the extra size is certainly won't do you any harm.

I would also recommend throwing a meth injection kit on there for insurance and peace of mind if nothing else.

Otherwise you next concern should likely be a clutch that isn't gonna slip on ya! :)

My guess for that setup currently would be around 410-450 on 91. Thats my guess anyways. Curious to see how close we are myself.

Well, based on my experience, I wouldn't exceed 17 psi on 91 octane.

So, my guess is that your setup will be 396 hp/385 tq @ 17 psi on 91 running 11.0 afr.

How much of a power difference would I see if I use stock or NA cams instead of 264s?

And the only reason I got the 550s is because I got them SUPER cheap, and I was told not to go above 550s unless I at least have a maft-pro or standalone

264's are far superior to NA cams in every way. Hell your stock GTE cams are better in every way. Do a little searching and you'll find info on that. But this would be a downgrade for ya and not work towards your goals at all. As far as power difference. Thats hard to say. I went from HKS 264's to stock GTE cams (engine failure ruined the cams) and lost power across the board on a 2JZ big single setup.

^^^ HMMM! Interesting statement! Antioch is pretty close to Stockton, I know for sure there are hot rod shops in Stockton, Fairfield, and Vacaville that will have race gase, E85, and 91 Octane gas.

Stockton is 45 minutes to an hour away from antioch, depending on traffic. That's a ways to go just to fill up on gas every couple days. Fairfield and vacaville are about the same distance. They need to get a gas station in antioch, pittsburg, or concord with race gas.

Did you ever decide to go have the car dynoed? My setup is very similar to yours. BC 264's, sp61gtbb 18psi, P&P head, 3-angle valve job. I'm looking to go sometime in the next month, but i'm curious to see how other people are doing with this turbo.

I put down about 402whp/408trq @ 16psi in 90degree heat/humidity with my setup. Dyno sheets are in HP list and my build. Hope this helps your guesstimation...
