There are several ways, two of them are built into the forum software.
During a post, scroll down to the Additional Options, and click Manage Attachments. You should be able to figure it out from there.
Or, if you want to make a car domain style page, click on vBPicGallery at the top of any page, write up a description of your vehicle, and upload any pictures you want to your gallery.
