Heh, its pretty easy. You make two layers of the same image. The layer underneath, you desaturate. The layer on top, you erase around whatever desired object you still want colored.

My favorite red Supra!! Love the wheels!

From up top, the wing flows with it, so I just left it there.
Went wingless because of all the other 'non-top' angles. Especially the straight view of the rear. If that made sense lol. (Notice how I got rid of that little pillar that goes in the middle of the spoiler. That thing bugged me!)

Thanks guys! I recently got Adobe Creative Suite 3 and the new Photoshop is amazing. That one took me about 2 hours or so, but I had nothing better to do since I've been at home for a few days due to an infected spider bite. I'll post some more when I do some more lol
