Do yourself a favor and keep the pushrod going to your stock master cylinder. All others are normally too short for full clutch disengagement.
The removal is pretty simple, disconnect the line coming out of the master cylinder, remove the cotter pin and clevis bolt near the top of the clutch pedal inside the car, remove the two 12mm(IIRC) nuts from inside the car you'll probably need a 6" extension to reach the upper one and now you gently pull the old master cylinder out. Installation is reverse of removal and just make sure you bleed the clutch well.
